Theres a great mix of diverse experiences and backgrounds at SRA, and steadily improving each year. The work is challenging but I have a lot of autonomy to decide what my work looks like, and I’ve really expanded my network in the Bay Area college success space.

It’s an organization going through change at the management level while responding to systemic barriers, constant external pressures (ie FAFSA late release in 2024) and internal pressures (how to serve our mission with limited resources)
