I have enjoyed working in the Supermicro IT & DataCenter infrastructure group. As an IT Director focused on Applications and data center infrastructure, I have been able to work with talented, dedicated engineers and business leaders to meet complex customer requirements. The pace can be demanding, and priorities sometimes shift as the business continues to grow rapidly. There are times when processes, tools, and organizational structures are still catching up to the company's expansion.
