Pluspunten
There were not any pros. When you want to quit on your first day, you know there is a problem. I've never felt that way about a work place. Slot of fighting and dissension there.
Minpunten
Unorganized, and boring training process. A lot of gossip, unhappy and unfriendly people working there. And you could see that throughout the whole building. There was unprofessional behavior and management was inconsistent with rules and regulations, let many do what they wanted while telling our class that if they had a phone on the premises or in the classroom they would be fired, while turning a blind eye to many that sat in class and used them in the open for example. I'm role were talked to with disrespect and not as adults. Racism and bad behavior to fellow employees was allowed, turned blind eyes to that too.
