Technology is transformative. Could be a great place to work in 5-10 years. Lots of opportunity to grow.

Minpunten

But there's absolutely no work life balance. Work every weekend. Travel at a whim. Very reactive and blame culture. Lack of trust between senior leaders and across peer group. Very little understanding or clear picture into what success is so easy to finger point and blame. Unless things change drastically, I couldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Originally part of Walmart’s ASR team, and transitioned to Symbotic through the acquisition. Overall, it’s been a positive expereince.
