I joined this start-up with hopes to increase my skill set and grow as a person. A year later, and I'm not disappointed. I have got an opportunity to dabble in writing articles and blogs to creating e-learning courses and managing projects! And I can confidently say that I've seen myself grow in the short period that I've been here. Another pro of coming to work every day is the atmosphere. We chill together and engage in interesting conversations about books and TV shows or movies when time permits. But we also get together to brainstorm new ideas to deliver the best product to our clients. At SyncWorks, it's work mixed with fun!
