Coworkers are great and the work environment is OK. The training is OK and the trainer staff is one of the best I have seen.

Minpunten

Management is sub-par at best. Most of the manager don't have a lot of experience in the fraud department and the department has no room for growth. Also no room for growth with in the company what so ever.

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
