- the company has a long history of hiring people and kicking them out during probation period (just before it ends)
- management does not think much about employees, however they love talking about people first culture, family, lovely place to work etc
- very little coaching and problems/challenges discussions. Company meetings are used to talk about all the goods stuff (by making bad things sound a bit better), problems are not discussed on the company level.
- lay offs are not discussed on the company level, but instead on the team level, the rest of the company is given a false impression
- dont expect any constructive feedback or anything, you will most likely do stuff on your own after the onboarding with emails and messages to the leadership team unresponded
- base salary is low (lower than the market)
- commission structure is vague and questionable
Overall - stay away from this company, highly not recommended
If you decide to apply - ask company management about recent lay-offs during the interview and see them mumbling about it and producing BS
