5yThank you for taking the time to write Synergi a review on glass door. As a strategic company always striving to promote a culture of growth mindset, we welcome all feedback.
First, we agree that the new office space and generous benefit package are some of the perks here at Synergi, we are happy you recognized. Some of our core values are respect and determined, therefore we take your overall review quite seriously. We want to directly address your two critiques:
1. “Beware of micromanagement” - Micromanagement can be unwelcomed to employees and, although we have an engaged, present and involved management team, empowering employees to forge their own path is a priority for Synergi; supporting, guiding and coaching our staff every day. Our owners are not out playing golf, they are driving the business forward. While perception and subjection is a factor here, we strive to encourage independent work and autonomy. Your feedback has been taken back to the management team and is viewed as an opportunity to reflect and improve.
2. “Owners more concerned about money then (sic) employees” – Our owners are absolutely concerned about the bottom line, because a sustainable future is at the core of the business objective and they are concerned and feel responsible for the livelihood every staff member and their families. As an employee of Synergi myself, I have only witnessed a culture of people before profits. I am saddened that you had this perception of our company. This feedback is beneficial and we will look at how our overall communication to the staff may need to be reviewed.
