One of major EDA leaders, latestest EDA technology, has EDA whole flow which other small companies hard to compete. Has customers of major semicondutor manufacturing companies. Customer supports are very strong. Working style are flexiable and you may spend time to think more about technology instead of busy with routine job. There are meetings, but not so many and can be handled and it is definitely much less than big companies.

Team spirit cross teams is very low and is hard to share information between departments. For same kind of work, each team will have its own development and it affect productivites significantly.
