10yUnfortunately this is an ill intended feedback added to downgrade our reputation and believe so we are responding to this with actual details point to point. From the Cons list 1,2,3 are personal thoughts so we do not comment on them. For the rest we are giving actual facts here.
4. Not appricate your good work
Syscraft -> Please visit our facebook fan page to view pics of our monthly appreciations and reward system.
5. Poor advancement opportunity, drive a far distance
Syscraft -> Please search for our company on google places and you can see we are located in the centre of the city with just 2 mins of walking distance from BRTS geeta bhawan stop.
6. Cut the last 3 month salary. and not returing the rest of all your fund that they was cut in your salary during the employement
Syscraft -> This is fake statement. Kindly submit your name and we can provide a complete account statement of full clearance of salary along with your bank account credit confirmation.
7. Not fulfil the client requirement also because lake of resources
Syscraft -> Please visit our profile and review client feedbacks on all major portals. We are rated the one of the best amongst competitors, thankfully we have reliable, sincere team members who take up the responsibility and deliver all the time.
8. no saturday/sunday holiday
Syscraft -> Again a fake statement. Happy to share attendance record of the person if shares his name for a full detail of how many Weekends he worked.
9. You will not be given breaks. The most you can do is a quick run to the bathroom. All non-department heads eat lunch at their desks…if they even get a chance to eat.
Syscraft -> Again a fake statement. We have cafeteria and pics can be viewed on social media channels of celebration and fun activity of staff members.
10. Management is aloof with every employee except their favorites. Do not expect to be promoted. Their favorites will be promoted long before you will.
Syscraft -> You hardly worked for more then a year and commenting on promotions ? :) Promotions are a part of perseverance and execution of responsibilities which i guess you could not even see in your short duration.
11. They compare themselves to being a company like “Google”. This could not be more untrue other than the amount of food in the office that you will not have a chance to eat. It would be more accurate to compare them to a sweat shop.
Syscraft -> We don’t compare ourselves with “Google” in size but certainly in vision and attitude towards our staff and clients, and this cannot be more realistic as even with all the above fake statements being put in by you, the last statement led to a vision we try to portray.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate real feedbacks and try to improve as an organisation. We had to respond to this one as it was full of wrong information with some ill intentions.
