There’s nothing about this company that makes me want to recommend other people to work here.

Minpunten

CEO is incredibly biased, he only treats you favorably if you are Italian. Otherwise, you are not going to be seeing any success during your time here. And even if you are Italian, you still would not want to be here because of how controlling he is! Every decision you make is scrutinized, every action you do is monitored, absolutely everything must be done his way, or else you are going against him.

Good experience for engineering students. Small, experienced teams. Decent management.

Minpunten

Decent pay for an intern, but offers after graduation were low compared to other industries in the area. Hard to get experience outside of the team you are assigned to. Many interns were just stuck with busy work.
