The main “lead” has zero F18 experience but yet somehow he’s the “lead” of everyone. He has zero military experience but tell us what to do on a fighter jet?? No pay raise but expect more out of employees

-Pay is not very competitive but they make up for the relaxed working environment and very flexible hours. -It is a contract job and they depend on one company only.

Easy work, chill environment, not much pressure

Minpunten

No room to grow. Even after 3 years, there's no sign of any bonus, promotion, or anything. The pay isn't the best either. Started at around 57k, luckily got up to 70k due to contract renewal.
