Nothing much I can think of except that with the long and demanding work hours, you end up working doubly hard and there is no time to think about how you are being squeezed every drop of your human effort to perform.
Minpunten
Family run business which is top down and autocratic with excessive micro-managing. A check on the internet would reveal legal investigations into bid-rigging. High staff turnover and the overall work environment is toxic.
