The global Director and global Quality Manager bully you, deny time off and refuse to train you yet they gaslight you if you make one mistake without adequate training. Employees are miserable, drained and exhausted from being forced to overwork . Upper management doesn’t listen to any of your concerns and blames everything on you. HR does nothing about this and has the same complaints.

local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
