Communication between departments Expectations and pressure to create work was intense but expected with a work for hire company (Not so much a Con) C suite untouchable and intimidating, communication with them is frowned upon if you are not at C level When you work for TLM you are walking in to a company thats run by Husband and Wife, it lacks the support and professonalism you would expect at a privately owned company Job stability was an issue, people would lose jobs if they didn't fall in line with the CEO. Negative atmosphere which I believe they are trying to improve
