This company sells a lot of false hope , I don't even know where to begin .Training is not up to par or useful to new sales reps , just role playing through out training and opening the door to ridicule ,amongst peers , also management just cares about numbers and will get them by any means By pushing out reps who cant perform fast enough after training by constant ridicule hoping to make you quit, or find any reason to try and write you up so they can replace you with someone who has worked for the company so they can meet store goals , I am so dissatisfied with the pay , in comparison to all the bending over backwards and backing them we do for them ..couldn't be more disappointed with the commission structure , also no training on proper workplace mannerisms amongst co workers , many of them can be rude and utterly nasty. They care more about the display and structure more of the store than the comfort of the employees and or customers .
