Salary below the average Phones not allowed It was said during the 1st day of onboarding not to believe the reviews here on Glassdoor, and after my experience, you should Onboarding was disorganised and unprofessional. The process lacked structure and direction, resulting in significant time wasted on the first crucial days. Essential resources were missing. New hires were unable to begin work due to a complete lack of basic equipment (laptops) and necessary security access (badges), which even impacted access to the building and facilities. Critical information was absent. Key logistical and HR details—such as payroll schedule, benefits information, and how to contact essential operational support teams—were not provided, leaving new employees feeling unsupported and confused.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
