Pluspunten

Very hard workers in the team inside the company. Training system, different program, provide transportation for 4 late hours. Good team and selection consider different varieties from employees.

Minpunten

Very law salary range and very hard schedule hours that it is really hard to match during the day. Hard to communicate with doctors in case if serious sickness, doctor don't like to give any v sickness days even if the patient have the prove.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
