It leaves you with a great feeling to be able to assist the consumers that call in every day.

Minpunten

Management on the floor level. You end up feeling like you are a target. The monitors always find something wrong with every phone call you answer. The supervisors care less for the staff and look out strictly for their own bottom line which is their bonuses. They do a great job at giving you negative feedback but you rarely hear any good feedback. Out of my training class of 22 people, there are only 5 of us left working there 5 months later. The training was sub-par at the best, and I feel comfortable saying that as I have been a professional educator with a degree in education. They shove a lot of information at you and when you hit the floor they are down on you when you cannot navigate their multiple systems in spite of the fact that they had issues setting the students up with access during training to even obtain any hands on during training.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
