Pluspunten

Everything is roses when you start off as an agent. It takes several months after training, which is typically good, and then you are good to go. Stress free job in the right campaign. Stable.

Minpunten

When you move up, the mask comes off. My experience is that they will not train and develop you well even when you genuinely desire and push for it. They will then let you fall on your face and then write you up for it afterwards. You're a cost to them at that point. They convey that they care for agents. They really don't care about you once you move up.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
