Dirty desks computers and carpets. Systems fail on a weekly basis! Client and Teleperformance senior ops can't decide on script to use and how the call should flow. Stupid systems like be the voice allows the agents to say how happy they are etc all this must get lost in cyberspace as you never receive any feedback. Team leaders are about as useful as a solar torch ! But the fault lies with the company not the Tls as they are over laden with work and quality targets plus god forbid one agent does not meet their KPI target they are made to go on a PDP to improve ! The company keeps sending people on training courses not for the good of the employee but because invest NI gives them grants to pay for it ! It is not uncommon for the one agent to have two login numbers so he can work on one campaign as billable admin and take calls on another ! This is a crafty way for Teleperformance to get paid twice for the one person.
