Worst company I have ever worked for. Salarys are wrongly paid, there are always random amounts missing and they betrayed so many employees by offering a certain amount in the offer and change it to minimum salary in your contract. I have never seen such a careless management who tries to steal money from the employees and does not even care to answer sensitive emails. Most of my colleagues get paid MINIMUM WAGE and suffer with the high living costs in the city. Working on different call center projects for food delivery services is hard, especially if you cannot rely on the correct payment of the salary as they try to deduct money for random non sense reasons. There have been sent so many emails to the management to fix this problem but they simply dont care. Every positive review about this company in Barcelona is a lie, just talk to the people there and you can see how much they suffer, are missing amounts of their salaries (since months!!!!) and how badly organized everything is. There are no incentives, benefits, not even free coffee or lunch vouchers. Nothing. The equipment is most of the time not working so you are unable to attend clients or solve problems due to technical reasons. The IT department does not have the propper knowledge to fix technical issues and takes too long, so that hours of waiting and doing nothing are the result.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
