The company pays for your travel ticked and provide a hotel for 2 weeks, while you find your own place, a lot of beneficts and discounts using teleperformance badge, good acces to work , at least from my place where i live using metro. The salary is good compare the prices in greece and their locals salary , free greek language, beautiful beatches, nice weather and food, I dont complain about it , I love Greese !!!

I had very bad expierence working in this company , and i do not recomend people work here who have a good moral values , unless you are unexpierenced and want to get some expierence working later in a good company. I work previously in good companies and Teleperformance attidute and behave to their workers I can compare to slavery, there no rights. the supervisors who become from agents, using bullying tactics infront of other agents, they dont have or been trained how supervisor have to behave, I can tell the same about HR office in pireaus 25 gravias office , department. if you have problem if any supervisor , I am not sure anybody will help you, they will blame you and put some leters "keep in mind that if you cant find the key to success just pick the lock!!! This is i got email from HR office , when i wrote them email about complain my supervisor . I know i am enaught good to succeed but not in this company. Just giving advice guys if you been criminal, or have addiction to drugs , but you spoke the language their need ,dont worry they will not asking for criminal records ( at least europiens for sure)and not testing for drugs, its a good chance to start new life

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
