Training is “in depth” but not helpful at all.
Supervisors are very rude and unhelpful. I was once cussed out for 1 hour and 45 minutes before my supervisor attempted to assist me.
The time charts are always wrong resulting in paychecks to consistently be incorrect.
The scheduling system is rancid. You number between 18 shifts and another department will assign you a shift based on seniority and attendance.
After my training schedule, I got stuck working 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week from 11am to 10pm.
Very strict policies, no pen or pencil at your desk, any beverage cups must be clear, and they randomly ask for pictures of your workspace to verify you meet codes.
And let’s not forget the program they use for work at home agents is completely different, and 90% of the time, it doesn’t work. Resulting in you not getting paid.
The list goes on, but I digress.
