I have observed on multiple occasions: There is a cultur of discrimination(Separation of employees based on work output), stress , poor working conditions, non-ergonomic facilities for employees,low salary,poor communication,no one is in good mood, a particular group that lunches, grabs coffee, and organizes happy hours together, unmotivated coworkers, rapid employee turn overs, narcissistic leaders demand that you always agree with them, tell them they're right, and feel they're above the rules. They expect everyone else to be perfect while they can meet lower standards etc...

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
