Pluspunten

Had the chance to work on a team with some very pleasant colleagues and got to make some great friends.

Minpunten

Would not pay me my wages for over 5 weeks! They terminated my contract right before my 6 month probation was over (6 month probation is an illegal practise that they acknowledged at the time of my termination) as the project had run dry and we had a office floor full of people with no work to do as they had over hired. It did not come as a surprise when I was let go, as at the time they were letting go at 5-6 people a week, none of which were performance related. I worked the full month of April and did not receive my wages until the 5th of June after having to contact offboarding and HR multiple times a week to get them to send it after giving me poor excuses as to why they could not process it. Firstly I was told they thought I had not given my work equipment back, then they told me they had me registered as being on sickleave the whole month, then they told me it was because of a "extraordinary occurence" where they could not pay any staff, but this was not true as I had got in touch with employees who had still worked there and they had no problem getting payed during these times. I have never been treated worse in any workplace in my life, and I hope the people running my old project get exposed for their awful treatment of staff.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
