Good environment , diversity but not much to mention only pros would be the about my colleges but either than that nothing else to mention

Minpunten

Lack of management Very little salary for the work that they expect Almost 2years there and only 5 days of my paid vacations have been approved Most of the SV working there have no respect regarding the employees and have terrible manners I singed a contract where it was CLEARLY stated for flexibility in work hours and working 6days per week and out of no where the schedule system changed without any notice and all flexibility was gone and alot of threads regarding the closing of the department where I currently work (AirFrance&KLM) especially from management and SV

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
