They will try to pay you as little as possible. Government ordered them to increase all employee salaries by 3.5% so they included a clause in all new employees contracts that removes them off the obligation to pay this increase. Everybody is on different pay and all new employees will never get a pay rise. Do not sign any contracts until you point this clause out to them. They offer you nothing from a management perspective, everyone looks after themselves. Luckily the people you work with on your team are all very nice which is the only saving grace. Looking for a new job presently and will take the first offer I get to get out of this company.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
