Pluspunten
- remote working - decent pay for the average person with no kids - that’s about it.
Minpunten
- your mental health will decline and there is absolutely no support even though they are the cause. They will pass you around to retentions, HR and a million different team leaders and no one will do anything to help. - Absolutely 0 support if you have a medical condition, disability or neurodivergent condition Thinking about taking a sick day or going to a hospital appointment because you genuinely need to? Forget about it You’ll be bombaredd with calls, asked to send in proof and come back to a passive aggressive ’return to work’ meeting where you’re basically told you should manage your sickness because you work from home - Every single thing you do is monitored. Few seconds over your break? You’ll be called out. More than 2 mins in the toilet? You’ll be called out. You’re treated like a robot - If you don’t book your holidays 100 years in advance you basically have to beg for a day off, even if it’s for something important that you can’t miss - Sick pay is horrendous for a company this size. Again, if you have any long term conditions or disabilities, not the place for you - Overall very toxic, you’ll be overworked and definitely underpaid for the amount of work you do which leads to burn out, which then leads to needing holidays which you’ll struggle to even get - Favouritism is insanely high. There will be people taking 50+ calls a day and others who will be on emails or webchat all day which everyone knows are the favoured tasks and don’t seem to be monitored nearly as much as calls because if they were people wouldn’t be calling in after trying to get help on webchat This job is great if you need a quick work from home job for a few months, anything more than 6 months and you’ll be booking appointments for a therapist
