Minpunten
I was a recent graduate, just out from college, and I was constantly bullied by some older colleagues. From small things like gossiping and bad mouthing about me to dangerous pranks like taking the screws from my chair whenever I was taking a break to go to the bathroom so I could fall from my chair upon my return, working at TPF was traumatic and I still have nightmares. The several episodes of bullying were countless, and the worse thing is that all the other colleagues and bosses were witnesses and never reacted against the bullies , always dismissed my feelings, always thought it was "just a joke". It was not! This delayed very much my career and achievements, and I am still recovering what I should have developed at TPF. Don't join this company if you've just finished university.
