      Very good insurance. Employee perks like free lunches or ice cream and regular bonus are handed out.

      Minpunten

      Despite asking numerous times, I am not receiving training for different lines while those with less time or experience than me get trained. Due to the lack of training, I do not get the option for much overtime. Little chance of advancement. Boring work often with rude people. This is a temp to hire position (through OnStaff) where you could be temping from 3 months to a year waiting to get hired to an associate position.

      Great team, Family environment, Amazing boss and owners.

      Minpunten

      Location - has its pros and cons as its surrounded by nature, but it gets dull during the winter as there is nothing much to do after work hours if you stay nearby.

      Pluspunten

      A good place to start your career and you learn a lot. You get to have an early start to the day and go home early. After being there a year, you'll have a lot of experience in understanding project management and working with older systems.

      Minpunten

      It's a far drive for most. Poor project planning. You'll see new faces often. Management prefers to hire college grads over anyone with experience.
