TRUMPF is not the family-oriented business it used to be. Employees are getting fired left and right, pay is extremely low compared to other companies while the work load and stress is high. Departments are stretched so thin that if somebody is out of the office, work doesn’t get done as nobody can jump in. This also leads to people working while they’re on vacation or sick (even in lower roles). One of the biggest downsides at TRUMPF is that there is no career path for most employees.
