This was a very sexist and racist environment. Senior management would speak negatively in Japanese about women and Americans forgetting that we were friendly with people who would later translate. Also, we weren't dumb. Disrespect is a universal language. Ridiculous expectations regarding work hours. 12-14 hour days, 5 days a week, and a "short" 8-hour day on Saturday Dishonest practices
