I have had a really positive experience since joining TXP. The onboarding process was smooth and well thought through, which made settling in much easier than I have experienced in recent times. Everyone was welcoming and willing to help, and I felt part of the team very quickly. One of the biggest positives for me is the quality of the work. There are some genuinely interesting client projects to get involved in, and the work is varied, challenging and rewarding. It's the kind of environment where you can make a real contribution while continuing to learn and develop. The people are another standout.
