      Pluspunten

      Lots of events, great coworkers, can be pretty financially rewarding. The main director is very caring and entertaining. Lots of great people and lots of very toxic people not too much inbetween in management.

      Minpunten

      Management is lacking and shows favoritism towards yes man. They'll vocalize that they're transparent and willing to talk with anyone but they have their own agendas and won't budge. Lots of incompetencies throughout. There has never been a worse HR department that I've ever heard of.

      Pluspunten

      A yearly all expense paid retreat, company events, monthly lunch provided. If you are a student/professional out of college this is a good company to get experience with. You will learn a lot about the industry and will be able to find a better paying position with another industry competitor.

      Minpunten

      Management strongly favors yes men and those that established themselves early in Talemed's history. Employee's do not have the ability to work autonomously and are micromanaged by lower level management. Good reviews from nurses and employees are highly encouraged and rewarded. Upper management frequently asks for feedback but is not open to the feedback received. I would not suggest taking a position with Talemed if you are established in your career. This is a company better suited for people out of college with little career experience. Upward mobility within the company is very challenging.
