Pay and benefits. Other than that nothing. Except working three 12 hour shifts and having 4 day's off.

Favoritism is extremely strong. The culture is horrible or it was at least in my USS department. The leads and OM'S don't know much of anything and are extremely disrespectful and don't treat you well unless you are a liked favorite and fit in their click. (Not all but most of them) Get talked to about only negative things and never praised for the good. They have clicks and team up together even with leads or operations mangers and get the good ones fired. They believe their favorites/work employee friends in and outside of work rumors. The hostility and discrimination and bullying is completely unacceptable. The ones that barley work and talk around all day and camp in the bathrooms are never talked to or held accountable for what they should be for. Including harassment and bullying with discrimination as well. Belittled and talked down to like you are nothing and dumb. No professionalism. Always being yelled at for rates and numbers while other employees cherry pick totes and cages and pallets that are easy and easy to make their rates and numbers while the rest are stuck with all the hard stuff. No job security unless hired onto the company from a seasonal position. They don't care about you because you are nothing to them other then slaving for them and that employees are very easily replaced. The discrimination is a trap and they dangle the 90 seasonal period like you are going to get hired on if you are liked and in the work click but if not then good luck they will just use and abuse you. Not a friendly work environment. If I could zero star them I would. They will fire you over anything and everything!! Sick, hospital, work injury, car crash you name it! They will use accountable time against you ect. They mess up paychecks as well from time to time, but if you address anything big or small or an issue or a complaint, they fire alot of employees over that as well.
