You are very likely to be scheduled to close the store one day, open the next, close than open, again and again without regard to your life. You may put in for time off well in advance, and be told the day before you must work regardless of your request and following their policy. If you are young, you will be treated as incompetent despite exhibiting responsibility, efficiency and hard work. Your attempts to voice concerns or suggest improvements will be disregarded.
