You definitely learn a lot and grow as a person after the experiences you have working day to day from guest interactions to the processes and culture of Target.
Minpunten
It is retail, so the hours are terrible, holidays are terrible. The store is huge so you have to walk what sometimes seems like 10 miles everyday.
