Target is a great place to work because of the people and company culture. Everyone is extremely friendly. Management really wants to keep you with the company, and HR will work with you if you feel like another area of the company is better for you. Overall, fast advancement, numerous promotions and lots of career opportunities. A great choice, especially for someone just out of college.
Minpunten
Minnesota is cold. You can't really get around that. Also, most of the people working for Target grew up in the area, which just gives the place a different feel if you're not from the Midwest.
