-seeing new stuff -being motivated to leave by the toxic behavior of grown adults.
Minpunten
-toxic environment entirely -does not respect when you call out. Even if it's approved don't be surprised when they call you and ask you the day of asking when you're going to come on. Met many others from different locations and regions where this happened. Had one people who got called on their approved time off and told they had to skip their high school graduation. Another had a funeral and they told them that their grandma wasn't immediate family. I got snowed in entirely and they told me when will the plows be there but literally the area was in state of emergancy. -management is just rude. Team leads were domineering and snakes when the reality was they made like one more dollar than the basic team members. -every day was about how bad out sales were and how we need to make sales and open cards
