1. Career growth opportunities - I have grown in my career here because I set goals and worked toward them with my management. This doesn't happen at most companies but I see lots of growth here. 2. Company culture - everyone here is so nice and leadership truly wants you to succeed. We have monthly talks with our managers where we set goals and talk about how to work toward them. 3. Work/Life balance - they want you to use your vacation time; they want you to enjoy your vacation. When you go home for the day you leave your work at work. They have family events, such as barbeque and zoo day, where you can bring your family and enjoy the day away from work with your co-workers and family. Positive work enviroment. Love the indoor plants and natural lighting in the building - it makes me happy to go to work.
Minpunten
1. Feels like a call center at times. Having worked at call centers this company attracted me because it doesn't feel like a call center until you get into orientation. Some of the events they have also feel call center-like - for instance pajama day and an easter egg hunt. I would prefer more adult fun activites but this isn't a huge issue. They have food trucks come a lot and the events are a nice change of pace but definately feel kiddie. 2. Pay could be better - like I said growth is a very great possibility here but you have to work for it for sure.
