5yThank you for your feedback. I agree that some customers can be difficult to work with - I'm sure this is true in any industry. We have had tremendous growth this year, and believe in promoting from within. Therefore, it is not unusual to promote some people into roles they have never done before, and then train them on how to do the role. We feel this is best model to grow our employees - but I can see how it would be frustrating for some while they are going through the learning curve.
