Very toxic work environment. Very low pay despite the hard works of support engineer. Managers are always looking for your fault. No credits for your hard works, but serious sanctions for slight mistake. No career growth despite they claim to support employee's career growth. No public holidays, no weekends. You will even work on Sundays & Saturdays. Tek Experts Nigeria may look good from outside but it's not what you think. What you see in the day is not what you see in the night. Many employee are still there because of the fact that they don't have other options especially in a country like Nigeria. No public holidays for employees in Nigeria.
