Pluspunten

There are two things that I think brings great benefits to its employee. They offer fantastic training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn valuable industry certifications, which is a huge plus for career development. Another one is the benefits package, covering everything from medical, dental, to employee support programs, and even recurring bonus opportunities.

Minpunten

As a service-based company, we might be heavily influenced by client demands, which can lead to shifting priorities, tight deadlines and high-pressure environment.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Minpunten

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
