Pluspunten

I had a good interview and onboarding process with them. The best I have seen so far. They try to make you comfortable throughout the process. They also have very solid structure which removes the possibility of laziness or idleness

Minpunten

You work as an internationally rated support engineer for Big Tech companies but they pay you according to your country's minimum wages which is not convenient at all taking into consideration the kind of work you do and produce and the kind of high expectations they have of you. Also, their HR System is not effective as managers of teams are forced to be responsible for the welfare of their teams instead. So an engineer can suffer seriously under a manager that don't like them and their HR team sides with the manager most times at the detriment of the engineer

Pluspunten

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Minpunten

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
