Pluspunten
- If you're a parent or carer, it's an excellent place to work. As long as you're working core hours, you can work flexibly to get your work done. - Supports remote working depending on your role and doesn't have a minimum number of days you need to be in the office. - Generally great culture, the majority of people working here really believe in the charity's vision and mission - They're really supportive of staff doing apprenticeships which is a great way to develop yourself. - General benefits outside of pay are good
Minpunten
- It's not the most diverse organisation - There's no incentive structure so going above and beyond your work doesn't really reap any rewards which can lead to complacency - Depending on your role, it's quite hard to progress upwards unless there happens to be an opening for the specific job you want (not very common) so if you want progression, best way to do that is to leave and go elsewhere.
