No training or development for internal employees, managers do not know how to lead or help their teams grow. The work environment is awkward for anyone not familiar with the underlined politics of the office.The only people who can thrive and grow in this company are the ones who share a personal relationship with the owners. There is too much micro managing and zero strategic plans on how to go in sales and marketing. They pay minimum and want employees to work around the clock. No work life balance.
