They just see your communication and basic technical skills. Company is good only for freshers not for experienced people. Not much work pressure, work-life balance is good. Latest technologies are used in some projects. Freshers wait for the bond to be complemented, most of them not interested to continue after the bond. Till the time bond is completed your job is secured. Very easy to get selected in this company. With recommendations/references, you can get a job.
Minpunten
- No job security, in the offer letter they will mention 15days from the company side to remove the employee but if the employee wants to resign they will tell a 3months notice period to be completed. They will throw employees stating low performance and remove employees. - Very high attrition rate in this company - Salaries are paid very late every month - Freshers have to give 2years bond - Very bad infrastructure, for restroom/toilets ladies have to climb from 1st floor and 3rd floor to 4th floor for ladies toilets and gents from 3rd and 4th floor to 1st floor. - only two toilets available for gents and ladies - Management talks so big but nothing implemented (they will show multiplex pictures in talks) - Very bad appraisals and increments - Employees are removed without proper notice.
