Pluspunten
Compensation is competitive and reviewed annually. Management tries to give clear expectations and goals for employees to work towards and has regular reviews/check-ins. The company has grown rapidly, so there are a lot of processes being drafted to create more structure, but it is done with feedback from employees so it isn't just bureaucracy. The more an employee can take ownership of their responsibilities and improve their corner of the company, the more opportunities they will have for growth. There are a lot of opportunities for growth within the company in ways that I haven't experienced at other companies, including both general training and cross-training with other departments. There are fun events like Thirsty Thursday, movie nights, and the holiday party, and anyone can suggest a fun team activity.
Minpunten
Schedules can get very stressful at times, and it is sometimes hard to figure out priorities when multiple people are asking for things. Information storage and communication is a work in process, so things that are standard for some people are utterly unknown to others. Changes get implemented slowly as they are drafted, so there are long periods of time when employees are following a mix of outdated processes without knowing that there are updated processes or better ways of doing things. Other than that, there are a lot of the standard growing pains you find at any startup.
