Like in a startup environment, delivering quickly is sometimes essential. But management thoughtfully plans workflows to ensure that the team remains balanced and not overstressed.

I have worked at TechSee for over a year now and I can honestly say this is one of the better places to work. It is not perfect, every company has its small issues, but the pros far outweigh the cons. I would recommend our leadership to everyone as they encourage us to work as one team instead of working in silos like other companies. Everyone is accountable for each other and it really feels like a family.

Minpunten

The only downside is that we have a fair amount of remote employees and I wish we had more opportunities to get everyone together like our SKO events.
